Our wheatgrass is farmed on certified farms in a remote area in Utah. Grown on mineral-rich soil of a ancient seabed, it is harvested at optimal maturity. Wheatgrass is quickly transported, juiced, & cooled to preserve its freshness. The juice is dried into a powder using DehydrationTM, an ambient temperature spray drying technology that causes virtually no thermal degradation. Our Wheatgrass Juice Powder has the same colour, aroma, flavour, & nutrients as freshly squeezed juice. It contains chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, & enzymes.
